- Once you're at the scheduler, click the "Login" button.
- Registered users: please click the Login tab and enter your username and password to access your account and schedule your appointment.
- First-time users: first click the Enrollment or Quick Sign Up tab, complete the form, then schedule your appointment.
For
your convenience, you may pay online prior
to your consultation, or you may pay when you come for your appointment.
Telephone readings must be paid online or by snail mail please prior to your appointment.
